Shipping policy
At Tarmac Motorsports, we do our best to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Orders may require 2–3 business days of handling time before shipment. Most leave same day. Handling times can vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, warehouse location, order volume, and other factors outside of our direct control.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Because many products ship directly from manufacturers, distributors, or partner warehouses, we cannot always control the shipping carrier used. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, or other shipping providers depending on the item, warehouse, size, weight, and delivery location.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. While we make every effort to provide accurate shipping information and help resolve shipping issues, Tarmac Motorsports is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, missed delivery attempts, incorrect delivery scans, or other delays once the package is in transit.
